This 4.5 acre space has been a gorgeous backdrop to charity events, art showcases, weddings up to 250 guests, retreats, and even the Shelter Island Conference was held in 1947 featuring Oppenheimer himself.
Aside from that special historical fact, the property has a charming quaint hotel and restaurant and is unlike any other which also includes a pickleball court, private beach, water access via dock, sunset gazebo and calming harbor views.
